🇺🇸The July Monthly GOP Meeting is a Parade🇺🇸
July 4th @ 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm
🇺🇸 This month, in lieu of our monthly GOP meeting, we’ll be in the parade🇺🇸
Mark your calendar! The theme this year is Wet & Wild Summer in Durango and is all about locals doing what we love: hiking, biking, rafting, concerts, festivals, campouts, and more. Expect some imaginative floats as well as bands, singers, cyclists, horses, fire engines and more. The Parade starts at College (6th Street) and Main Avenue at 5:00 pm and ends at 12th Street and Buckley Park. Bring a small American flag to waive and stand at attention when the VFW Color Guard passes by. Judges and announcers will be on the 800 block of Main by the Main Mall. This event is free to spectate.
Help with the float, or ride and pass out free mini constitutions. This is one of the premier parades for our Republican Party!
🔹 When: Friday, July 4th, Volunteers at 4:30 p.m., Parade starts @ 5:00 p.m.
🔹 Where: Starts at College (6th Street) and Main Ave, Durango
