DESCRIPTION:Join Us for the 4th of July Parades Volunteers Needed!🇺🇸\nLa Plata County Republicans are planning to participate in all three local 4th of July parades this year: Durango\, Bayfield\, and Ignacio.  WE NEED A LEAD FOR EACH LOCATION.   \nThis is a great opportunity to celebrate Independence Day while showing community pride and supporting Republican candidates ahead of the general election. \nFloat & Parade Plan\nWe are keeping the concept fun\, patriotic\, and simple so that as many people as possible can participate. \nThe current float idea features a large three-tier “Birthday Cake for America” theme with red\, white\, and blue decorations\, balloons\, and festive music. Volunteers will walk alongside the float carrying a GOP banner\, handing out candy\, toys\, Constitutions\, and Republican literature. \nVolunteers Needed:  EACH LOCATION\nWe need help with: Lead coordinator for each town\, Walking in the Bayfield and Ignacio parades\, Truck for towing the float in Durango\, Decorating the float\, Candy\, toys\, and literature donations\, Music and sound equipment\, and General volunteers. \nWe are hoping to keep everything easy and fun so more people will want to participate. \nGet Involved – If you would like to volunteer\, donate supplies\, or help with the float\, please contact:\nAmber Casey @ 970-903-0121 \nYour help will make this a fun and visible celebration of freedom\, community\, and the Republican Party in La Plata County. \n🇺🇸Let’s celebrate America’s Birthday together! 🇺🇸
